The gently curved sides give this magnificent Mexican bocote jewelry box a unique look and feel. The Gabon ebony legs are mortised into the mitered corners.
The mitered corners are reinforced with internal Gabon ebony "butterfly" splines.
The lid is made from English walnut burl veneer framed in wenge with a marblewood knob.
The tray and removable dividers are made of cherry, curly maple and bocote.
The lining is tan suede cloth.
No stains are used. This is the natural color of the woods.
This box is signed and all the woods used are listed on the bottom.
