This unique spalted hackberry jewelry box has a unique look and feel. The sides are reinforced by the ebony "butterfly" splines. the lid is a book matched smoked eucajyptus veneer panel framed in wenge with a macassar ebony and holly border inlay. the wenge knob is inlaid with black and white ebony. No stains are used. This is the natural color of the woods. The tray and dividers are made of cherry  and sapele. This box is signed and all the woods used are listed on the bottom. This beautiful one-of-a-kind box is finished with special oils and waxes and hand rubbed to a high luster
