This handsome watch/valet is made from American curly cherry with walnut dovetail splines at the mitred corners. The lid is a veneered panel of walnut burl with a ieopardwood frame with a macassar ebony and cherry  inlay banding and a amboyna knob. This combination watch and valet will hold up to 4 watches on pillows. The solid brass hinges are by "Brusso". Lined with tan suede cloth. This box is signed and all the woods used are listed on the bottom.
