This stunning valet is made from Columbian caretto with black palm chevron splines reinforcing the mitered corners and has rosewood legs.The lid is a laminated of wenge, walnut rosewood, rosewood and end grain black palm.The combination of long gain and end grain created a panel which is dimensionally stable as well as a unique piece of art. inlay. Lined with tan suede cloth.  This box is signed and all the woods used are listed on the bottom.
