TB-1145 Tea Box

This Arts and Crafts style Tea Box is created from highly figured African sapele pomelle. The construction utilizes wenge dovetail splines at the mitered corners. The top features a 15 piece mosaic panelof end grain bubinga slices set in a Peruvian walnut frame

The lid is hinged with solid brass Brusso stop hinges.
The box has a hand rubbed Osmo ® polyx-oil finish, a combination of vegetable oils and waxes.
Each box is signed and dated and all the woods used are listed on the bottom.
