MV 1179 VALET BOX

This handsome valet box is hand crafted from bubinga with wenge dovetail splines at the mitered corners. The top is a Italian mappa burl panel in a Peruvian walnut frame. The inlay banding is zebrawood, maple and cherry.The lift knob is spalted tamarind. The inset lid is hinged by an invisible brass pin.The box has a hand rubbed Odies oil finish, a combination of vegetable oils and waxes.
Lined with espresso pigskin leather.

Each box is signed and all the woods used are engraved in the bottom.
