This elegant valetbox is made from African sapele pomelle. The sides are joined by wengedovetail splines . The top is a 3-D parquetry panel of walnut, maple and cherry in a wenge frame with a zebrawood and maple border inlay. The lift tab is olive.
All the woods used have their natural finish. Bottom lined with suede espresso pigskin.
The box has a hand rubbed Odies Oil finish, a combination of vegetable oils and waxes.
No stains or dyes are used. Each box is signed and all the woods used are listed on the bottom.
